Acrylic on paper
This is a view from a place near Nohkalikai Falls, Cherrapunji. It is said that the rain water that falls in Cherrapunji area, reaches Bangladesh plains in mere 12 hours. The water that you see in this painting is the same rain water on the Bangladesh plains.
It is an irony that this wettest place (Cherrapunji) on earth faces water scarcity in the dry months.
