10" x 12"
Oil on canvas
Painting #7 of "Corporate Jargon" series.
This painting is based many photos I clicked from my uncle's house in Goa. It was raining and this bird was busy drinking nectar. As one can't expect a bird like this to be sitting in one place more than couple of seconds, painting it on location was not an option.
That bird was truly an expert in the subject matter of feeding on the banana flowers' nectar.
